Brad G. O'Connor was appointed Chief Accounting Officer in May 2011 and Corporate Controller in December 2007. He joined the Company as Vice President, Associate Corporate Controller in May 2004.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. O'Connor served as Controller for Amersham Biosciences, a global biotech company, and was a Senior Manager in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. O'Connor is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
