Mr. Ulen joined K. Hovnanian in 2001, after holding similar leadership positions in both a large consumer products company and an international manufacturer of medical devices. 

As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Ulen is responsible for all information systems functions, technology strategies and systems projects for the company.

Mr. Ulen holds a Bachelor's degree in both Electrical Engineering, from the University of Tennessee, and Business/Marketing from the University of South Florida.
